Kingstown Farm, Home & Garden Inc. was established in 1988 as an independent Southern States franchise. In 1998 the business was purchased and continues to be locally owned and operated. Since then we’ve expanded our line of animal feeds to include Purina Mills.

We have comprehensive departments that include pet and campanion animal, wild bird, equine, and a lawn and garden department that includes a fully stocked garden center. Each department offers experienced personnel from horticulture to animal nutrition to answer your questions and offer knowledgeable advice.

- Water your garden if we do not get an inch of rain in a week

-Use Gator bags or soaker hoses to water a deep watering

-Last chance to pinch mums back



-Keep your pets in fresh cool drinking water

-Walk your dog early in the morning before it gets really hot

-Keep your feathered friends in fresh cool water in bird baths

-Outdoor pet rabbits enjoy a frozen plastic bottle of water to keep cool in the heat!

-Fertilize vegetable gardens once a month during the growing season, we suggest

        organic Garden Tone

  -Roses should be fertilized monthly during the growing season, we suggest organic Rose Tone

-Crape Myrtles are starting to bloom and will give you 100 days of color! It is not too

             late to plant one!

-Cut back summer annuals so they don’t become leggy

-Keep herbs from going to seed
